Passport

• Valid ≥ 6 months beyond entry date, machine-readable, with at least two blank visa pages

• Photo

  • Recent passport-style photo (JPEG), typically 35 × 45 mm, color, neutral expression, white background, no glare/shadows/glasses (unless religious)

  Medical insurance

   

  • Mandatory coverage valid throughout your stay in Russia, including medical and repatriation. Typical minimum coverage is around €30 000–$35 000 with insurer contact info, policy number, traveler details

  Proof of accommodation and travel itinerary

   

  • Provide names and addresses of places you'll stay (up to 10).

  • Return/onward travel ticket may also be required/included
